About Us

Welcome to the Australian National Cake Decorators Association. Our association began in 1981 and has members throughout all of Australia. Membership of the National Association is through membership of a State Organisation. Refer to contacts for further information.

We are a non-profit organisation and our aim is “To foster and improve the art of Cake Decorating by exchanging ideas and techniques through a common bond of friendship

”.

We hold Biennial National Seminars, held in different States of Australia on a rotation basis. The next Seminar will be in Launceston,Tasmania in August 2011 

The Association produces a quarterly magazine – Australian Sugar Craft. This is available by subscription to any interested person. Further information can be obtained by clicking on the link.

Our members hold regular meetings and demonstration days in their area

and also produce their own regular state magazines.
